Piemonte is full of shaman, witches and magic and Piemonte has changed me.

Piemonte is a fairytale. That’s why my next book is called, “Once upon a Time in Loazzolo; Tales of Piemonte”

There is still magic left in their untouched land. I’ve interviewed 12 Piemontese and their stories are full of charm, and healers, shaman and witches – people still very much attached to their land.

There is a woman who owns a vineyard nearby, where I buy our wine on a regular basis. I interviewed her family for my book. Her life is all about tradition, family, work and her land. Her name is Emmy and she still asks me, after 7 years, “Why did you end up in Loazzolo?”

Why? Because I had needs and I needed to learn lessons. And Piemonte is like a fairytale and it has changed me.
