A dark horse, a weed perhaps, but Agretti is absolutely delicious

It’s called Agretti here in Italy, or Monk’s beard, Barba di Frate, Beard of the Friar.

I cook it like spinachi, which is a staple here @chez bay- boil it, then sauté it with garlic, oil, butter, pamesan, depending on the mood. It has so many health benefits, but allot of garlic makes it taste even better.
