“Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose”

The more things change, the more they stay the same

David Cameron is back, not as Prime Minister, but Foreign Secretary for the UK. This, the man who famously put a private part of his anatomy into a dead pig’s mouth. Etonians have class. Just look at Boris Johnson who he famously said Covid was just culling the elderly. And that’s his political base.

Actually, little surprise they put Cameron back into government. They’ve run out of ideas, or, perhaps more evidence we’re living in a simulation.

When Elon Musk was asked about this, he said, “My heart says no but my brain says yes”. Actually, he’s been asked whether or not we’re living in a simulation several times, and provides a different response each time. Apparently he thinks about this allot.

Some suggest there’s too much wasted complexity in our universe for it to be simulated. Why would a conscious, intelligent designer of realities waste so many resources into making our world more complex than it needs to be – or maybe the question is not scientific at all.

Like Musk and others, I keep wondering, and focusing on keeping my instincts and imagination alive.

Molto importante…
