Like I said in my previous post, I’m going to school to learn Italian. Finally.
Last week we were given a complicated homework assignment. We had to write a letter to the hospital making a claim; it had to be formal, we needed to be courteous and show deference – we had to address a specific complaint regarding disturbing behavior witnessed between a nurse and a patient.
Nuance was necessary.
So I asked AI. It’s response was long and worthy of an A+. My teacher was so impressed she allowed me to read the entire letter in class, full of fancy words and phrases I hadn’t used before. Italians use capital letters in the middle of a sentence in, well, foreign way. But It was both courteous and full of nuance.
I shouldn’t have cheated, but AI is really good.
