We all do it twice a day, but hypnagogia is great midday.

Hypnagogia is that transitional state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep.

I meditate daily, without – my day is not the same, but hypnagogia is ideal to attempt, especially midday. While I don’t always enter a trance –

I’m always revitalised, refreshed, and find ideas and creativity comes out to play in the afternoon. Highly recommend for writers and creatives of all kinds.
